Start Your Care in China in Four Steps

Medical tourism planning for care in China does not begin with booking a flight. Clarify what you need to address and prepare the Medical Records you have; we will help contact hospitals and explain costs in advance.

  1. Tell Us What You Want to Address First

Tell us your diagnosis, main symptoms, past treatment, current medications, preferred dates, and what you most want to resolve.

  2. Prepare the Medical Records You Already Have

Send the pathology, imaging, test reports, and medication records you already have. We will tell you what is missing and whether translation is needed.

  3. Let SinoCareHub Contact Hospitals or Departments

We submit your records, contact hospitals or departments, and follow up. The hospital decides whether to accept you, and doctors decide what else is needed.

  4. Plan Your Trip After the Next Step Is Clear

Once the hospital responds, arrange your visa application, flights, accommodation, medical interpretation, and hospital accompaniment.

Medical Treatment in China: Frequently Asked Questions

When planning medical care in China for the first time, these are the questions that commonly arise. This section explains how Medical Records pre-review, hospital appointments, costs, and language support are arranged.

Costs and paymentDo I need to pay hospital charges, SinoCareHub coordination fees, and travel costs together?

No. These three types of charges are explained separately.

Hospital registration, testing, admission, and treatment charges are paid according to hospital requirements. SinoCareHub coordination fees are based on services agreed by both parties. These may include medical-record organization, appointment coordination, interpretation, or accompaniment. Hotel, vehicle, and other third-party costs are itemized separately. Before service begins, we identify each payee, included service, and cancellation policy. Hospital charges may change with the doctor's plan and length of stay.

Hospital appointmentsI already have a hospital or doctor in mind. Can you help me make an appointment?

We can help submit an appointment request. We cannot guarantee availability before the hospital confirms it.

Tell us the hospital or doctor's name and your main concern. We will check whether medical record review is required first. We will also check the doctor's schedule and current appointment availability. If unavailable, we will explain why and discuss other dates. We can also discuss suitable departments or alternative hospitals.

Language and travel supportNeither the patient nor family speaks Chinese. Will someone help us at the hospital?

Yes. Language support can be arranged in advance if you do not speak Chinese.

Tell us your language, destination city, appointment type, and number of accompanying people. We will identify where interpretation or accompaniment is needed during your hospital visit. This may include registration, consultation, tests, payment, medication collection, or admission. Before service begins, we will document the scope, duration, and fees. Additional needs, including document translation or overnight support, will be confirmed separately. We can provide both medical interpretation and everyday language interpretation.

Cancer careI already have a diagnosis abroad. Can a Chinese hospital review my records before I decide whether to travel?

Yes. Send us your existing medical records, test reports, recent imaging studies, and treatment records. Include pathology or genetic test results if available.

We will organize the documents according to the hospital's requirements. We will also confirm how to submit them. The hospital may identify missing documents and advise whether remote assessment is possible. It may also advise whether you should travel for in-person treatment. You can then decide whether to travel. Do not book nonrefundable flights or accommodation before receiving a clear response.
