Guide
Chinese hospitals use different registration, language, and scheduling systems. This can make booking harder for international patients.
The right route depends on your diagnosis, urgency, city, budget, and care needs. We prepare summaries, translate key records, contact hospitals, and coordinate appointments. Language support can be arranged separately.
01
Clarify the medical goal first
Choosing a named doctor first is not always the most efficient path. Complex cases need the right department and complete records. A consultation or admission plan may matter more than the first open appointment.
02
Records to prepare
Prepare a diagnosis summary, recent imaging, lab results, pathology, medicines, allergies, and care goals. For complex cases, a one-page bilingual medical summary helps the hospital understand the case quickly.
- Diagnosis summary and treatment history
- Imaging, labs and pathology
- Preferred city, timing and language needs

Public hospital, international department or private clinic?
Public hospitals may suit complex cases, surgery, or multidisciplinary care. International departments may offer easier communication. Private clinics may handle some basic tests or minor concerns. Choose by medical need, language, timing, and cost.
